I woke up with this pain like a crushing band around my left foot. I ve been having a similar pain today. The band has suddenly extended farther down and is affecting the entire leg. However i also have a very tight sensation like a rubber band wrapping around the upper calf below the l knee.

I had been experiencing tingling at the bottom of both feet and a feeling of tight rubber bands around my right ankle. Nerve and muscle tests did not point to an answer for the symptoms.
