At first i thought the hazy look outside was just the weather but in south minneapolis and uptown there is a really wretched burning smell outside. General consensus is that it s all canada s fault. These rubber bands protect the glass from the turn screws that hold them in place to the light fixtures and these rubber bands also keep the glass globes or shades for rattling during fan.
